Wiradjuri Elder. Born 1965. Place of Birth: Cowra, Central West NSW.

Wiradjuri people are known as the people of the 3 rivers. Born at Cowra, Central West NSW, Cowra in aboriginal means “the rocks” Raised at Billimari till age of 10. Billimari meaning “plenty of water” then moved back to Cowra. Wiradjuri Totem being “Warray” which is Goanna. Moved to Canberra age 24. Moved to Cairns in 2020 and now calls Cairns home, But the heart will always belong to Wiradjuri and the land where I grew up. Billimari and Cowra
